برج خنک کننده یا کولینگ واتر


برج خنک کن یا کولینگ واتر دستگاه خنک کننده آب و برج یا تجهیزی غول پیکر می باشد که در صنعت در جهت سردکردن آب بکار برده می شود. برج خنک کننده (Cooling Tower) در ابتدا توسط شرکتهای ژاپنی همچون ابارا و شرکتهای آمریکایی همچون مارلی (Marley) و CTS و CTI طراحی گردید و با پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی امروزه بسیاری از کشورهای جهان همچون ایران دارای تولیدکنندگان برج خنک کننده می باشند. 

در کشور ایران شرکتهای فراوانی امکان تولید و ساخت برج خنک کننده را دارند شرکتهایی همچون دماگستر، مهتاب گستر،آریا بنیز و ... با استفاده از دانش بروز فنی و مهندسی در جهت ارتقاء محصولات خود در تهویه مطبوع و سیستم های سرمایشی و برودتی گام بزرگی را برداشته اند. 

ساخت برج خنک کننده در ایران بیشتر با بدنه های فایبرگلاس و گالوانیزه و بتنی صورت می پذیرد و به دلایل فراوانی امروزه از ساخت و تولید کولینگ تاورهای بتنی و گالوانیزه بیشتر تولیدکننندگان امنتاع می ورزند. ساخت برج خنک کن یا برج خنک کاری گاه می تواند توسط نیروی انسانی مونتاژ و صورت پذیرد و گاه می تواند برخی از قطعات آن همچون نازل و اسپرینکلر توسط ماشین آلات صنعتی پیشرفته همچون تجهیزات تزریق و ریخته گری انجام شود.

برجهای خنک کننده اساسی برپایه انتقال جرم و حرارت همزمان دارند و این اساس در واقع سبب خنک شدن آب در طی یک فرآیند تبادل حرارتی شده است . مکانیزم برج خنک کننده از سه قسمت مختلف تشکیل شده است . 

  • بخش اول: مکانیزم هوادهی و انتقال جریان هوا
  • بخش دوم: مکانیزم پاشش و توشیع آب
  • بخش سوم: قسمت سطوح خنک کن یا انتقال حرارت که می تواند کویل یا پکینگ باشد. 

در اصل اینطور باید بیان کرد که کولینگ واتر(نام دیگر برج خنک کاری) یک دستگاه خنک کن آب در صنعت می باشد که قادراست حجم زیادی از آب در ساعت را در مخزن آب سرد خود ذخیره نماید و در مواقع مورد نیاز در دسترس سایر تجهیزات گرمازا قرار دهد. در بیانی دیگر برج خنک کننده منبع سرمایش و ایجاد برودت و به نوعی منبعی گرما زدا در صنعت محسوب می شود.

اصول برج خنک کن برپایه ایجاد رطوبت و بخار از آب و انتقال این بخارات به هوای محیط و در نتیجه سرد شدن آب می باشد. در واقع انتقال حرارت در برج خنک کننده به نقل از سایت دماگستر تابعی از انتقال جرم می باشدو این اصول در ترمودینامیک گرمایشی صنعتی نیز قابل استناد می باشد. گرمای حاصل از تبخیر که سبب انتقال جرمی از بخارات آب به هوا می شود سبب خنک تر شدن مابقی جریان آب در کولینگ تاور می گردد. به هر میزان این سطح تبادل بین آب و هوا بیشتر باشد درصد تبخیر بیشتر شده و در نتیجه آب به میزان بیشتری خنک خواهد شد. 

یک برج خنک کن در اصل اگر کاربری درستی داشته باشد می تواند به تنهایی نبض تپنده بخش سرمایشی یک صنعت بزرگ همچون صنعت فولاد و یا صنعتهای کوچکتر همچون اکسترود، دایکست و ترزیق پلاستیک باشد. در واقع به بیانی راحت تر کولینگ تاور به تنهایی قادر خواهد بود در بسیاری از صنایع کشور ایفای نقش نماید و دستگاه هایی که گرما تولید میکنند را تحت کنترل داشته باشد. طبق اصول ترمودینامیکی اگر گرمایی که توسط ماشین آلات صنعتی تولید می شود به محیط بیرون انتقال نیابد سیستم پایا یا دائمی نخواهد بود و پس از مدتی با افزایش دمای در گردش دیگر آب خاصیت جذب گرمای خود را از دست داده و راندمان خط تولید به شدت دچار افت و نزول خواهد شد.

بنابراین کولینگ تاور یا برج خنک کن در صنعت درست است که به صورت مستقیم عملی را در جهت تولید یک قطعه انجام نمی دهد و سودآوری مستقیم ندارد ولیکن به صورت غیرمستقیم از اهمیت دوچندانی در جهت تأثیر بر سایر ماشین آلات خواهد داشت. امروزه در تمامی صنایع بدون استثناء از برج خنک کاری یا کولینگ تاور در جهت بهبود و به‌ورزی ماشین آلات مورد کاربرد قرار می گیرد و استفاده بهینه مصرف این دستگاه یعنی برج دغدغه همیشگی تیم تأسیسات یک کارخانه می باشد. به عبارتی دیگر برج خنک کننده دائماً دچار رسوب و گرفتگی ، کاهش راندمان و افزایش دمای خروجی آب می شود و متاسفانه عدم استفاده و خرید برج خنک کننده غیر استاندارد امروزه سبب شده بسیاری از نیروهای متخصص واحدهای صنعتی بزرگ همواره به منظور سرویس و تعمیر برج خنک کننده بخش اعظمی از وقت خود را صرف نمایند.
